Bayonne Medical Center appreciates your thoughts and comments. In order to better serve our customers, we have implemented a customer satisfaction survey that is conducted either by phone and or by written survey. Our inpatients and emergency room patients are surveyed by telephone and our radiology patients are surveyed by written survey. Your responses provide us with valuable information to improve our services and care.
